Guided Mindfulness Meditation

In a casual one hour session, we will talk about what meditation can be used for, share experience and have a 30-40 minute guided meditation including breathing techniques and a body scan.

The session is suitable for any age group, for people of any religion or none and is held in a community cafe open to anyone. No prior knowledge is required. Come as you are.
