Justine Roland-Cal is a self-taught expressionist artist who has been painting for thirty years. She is also a street photographer. Her paintings are both abstract and figurative. Her work has often been compared to German expressionism, The cobra movement and outsider art. The work is raw and emotional with striking use of colour. Both her painting and photography portray her political voice and interest in humanitarian issues.
On the evening of the opening D.J Steene will be spinning a mix off reggae, hip hop, soul, african, dubbstep.
